Very quick and easy to make, versatile and delicious, only needs to be made once!

All ingredients should be at room temperature; this amount is sufficient for one baking sheet. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt, fat, and milk, and crumble over the yeast. Knead everything with a food processor or hand mixer for about 5 minutes until you have a smooth yeast dough. Place a cloth over the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. I always place the bowl in the oven, which has been preheated to 50°C and then turned off again. The dough should roughly double in size. Then knead briefly again. Now turn the oven back on. Depending on how well the oven heats, set it to 180°C fan-assisted or 200°C conventional, adjusting the temperature if necessary. My oven has a pizza setting, and I even bake it at 220°C—you have to experiment to find what works best. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, slide the dough out of the bowl onto it, and with floured fingers, press it flat into the corners, dusting it with flour every now and then to prevent stickiness. Then puree the pizza tomatoes, season the tomato puree, spread it on the dough, and top with your desired toppings. I like to vary things up by making one half a Hawaiian pizza, for example, with cooked ham and pineapple, and the other half with other toppings, depending on what everyone likes. The dough will visibly rise while adding the toppings, so it doesn’t need to rise any further. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake the pizza for about 25-30 minutes.
