Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 bunch chives, in rolls
- ½ bunch parsley, flat, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 onion(s), cut into thin rings
- salt and pepper
- 450 g beef (boiled beef, boiled beef), cooked and cooled
- 2 small bell peppers, red and green
Instructions

Light and tasty
Peel and trim the bell peppers, and slice them thinly. Cut the boiled beef into thin slices and then halve them. Arrange the boiled beef and bell peppers in a fan-shaped pattern on a platter. Sprinkle with chives, parsley, capers, and onion rings. Whisk together a vinaigrette of oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, drizzle over the meat, and let it simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes.
