Boiled carrots and potatoes with spring quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 m.-large carrot(s)
  • some butter or margarine
  • 1 pack of herb curd

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegetarian

Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes and carrots. Meanwhile, heat water in a pot. Cook the potatoes and carrots until tender. Drain the water and add a little butter or margarine to the vegetables. Serve with spring quark or similar quark.
