Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi (spinach basil)
- 4 carrots
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g herb cheese spread
- 100 g cream cheese (tomato and hard cheese)
- 3 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml water

First, boil the gnocchi in hot water. Meanwhile, chop the carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a blender. Then, cook the cooked gnocchi with the vegetables in a pan for about 5 minutes (depending on how much bite you want the vegetables to retain). Now add the tomato and hard cheese cream cheese, the herb cheese mixture, and the vegetable stock powder dissolved in water to the pan and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. A quick and delicious gnocchi dish made by students for students.
