Ingredients

  • 3 packet Frankfurt Green Sauce Herbal Mixture
  • 8 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Garlic
  • 3 cups Sour cream
  • 3 cups Yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 kg Boiled beef
  • 1 piece Soup greens fresh
  • 3 piece Bay leaves
  • 4 piece Cloves
  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 250 g Nut butter
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Maggi
  • Grated lemon peel
  • Salt
  • Beef broth
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  • Clean the herbs in the green sauce and chop them into small pieces in the food processor (very fine). Then mix all the ingredients and add the hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes. Season well and let it steep for 2 hours in the refrigerator. After the time, season everything again and season to taste. Boil the potatoes and put the butter on top in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until the whey has turned into a brown sediment. Then take it off the stove and add some sea salt. Let boiled beef or beef cool down. (Important otherwise it will fall apart when cutting.) Cut into slices while cold and reheat the slices in the broth in a sieve. Arrange everything and drizzle the meat with the nut butter.
