Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 3 carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 large onions
- 5 packets of tomatoes, pureed (500 g each)
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 2 tsp, leveled mustard
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- Parsley
- possibly Tabasco or chili powder

Brown the minced meat in a large pot over medium heat. Finely dice the onions and add them to the minced meat. Finely chop the carrots and garlic and add them to the minced meat. Add the cream and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Stir in the crème fraîche and mustard and season with the remaining spices. You’ll need plenty of salt for this amount. If you like it a bit spicier, you can add a little Tabasco or chili powder. Serve with spaghetti, of course.
