Bolognese Little Different
The perfect bolognese little different recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 piece Sausages coarse
- 5 piece Spring onions
- 4 piece Garlic
- 2 piece Chili peppers
- 2 Rods Celeriac
- 2 piece Carrots
- 3 Cans Tomato pieces
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 half Tube of tomato paste concentrated 3 times
- 1 shot Olive oil for frying
- 4 tbsp Balsamic balm
- Cut the sausages lengthways and take the sausage out and put it in the food processor, then put the mixture in a bowl.
- Wash and sort all the vegetables, if necessary, and chop everything up in the food processor and add to the roast.
- Now add the fennel and oregano and mix everything well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the mixture and remove the moisture a little, simmer a little. Then add the balsamic vinegar and keep stirring.
- Now add the 3 cans of tomatoes to the mixture, bring the tomato paste and everything to a simmer, season a little if necessary.
