Jam: Cinnamon – Plum Jam

The perfect jam: cinnamon – plum jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3,5 kg Plums
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
  • 1 tbsp Cinammon
  1. Wash, core and cut the plums into pieces.
  2. Pour the preserving sugar over it, stir in the cinnamon with the remaining 100 grams of sugar and also add to the plums, mix everything well and cover with a lid in the refrigerator – this can create a lot of juice …..
  3. 3 …. and in the morning bring to the boil …. and let the moisture simmer, that can take a while 😉
  4. 4 ….. yes the pot simmered for about 5 hours …. then filled into glasses … and turn upside down for 15 minutes, straighten the glasses and then let them cool down completely.
  5. So and now either in the basement OR send a dear cook friend a glass of it ;-)) … well, she’ll be amazed * smile *
