Jam: Cinnamon – Plum Jam
The perfect jam: cinnamon – plum jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3,5 kg Plums
- 500 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
- 1 tbsp Cinammon
- Wash, core and cut the plums into pieces.
- Pour the preserving sugar over it, stir in the cinnamon with the remaining 100 grams of sugar and also add to the plums, mix everything well and cover with a lid in the refrigerator – this can create a lot of juice …..
- 3 …. and in the morning bring to the boil …. and let the moisture simmer, that can take a while 😉
- 4 ….. yes the pot simmered for about 5 hours …. then filled into glasses … and turn upside down for 15 minutes, straighten the glasses and then let them cool down completely.
- So and now either in the basement OR send a dear cook friend a glass of it ;-)) … well, she’ll be amazed * smile *
