- 200 ml Milk
- 3 pole Cinammon
- 3 El Sugar
- 3 sheet Gelatin
- 2 El Chocolate syrup white
- 200 ml Cream
- 3 Egg yolk
- Bring the milk with the cinnamon to the boil and let it steep for half an hour. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, then continue beating over steam, add the cinnamon milk and whip to the rose.
- Soak the galatine in cold water and add to the milk, stir well. Beat cold. Beat the cream until it is half stiff, then add the syrup and finally the cream. Let it set in the refrigerator.
