Bolognese

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Can Tomatoes
  • Sugar
  • Salt

  • Marjoram
  • Basil
  • 1 Clove of garlic

Bolognese

  1. Heat a little olive oil in the pan and add the minced meat. Season everything to taste with salt, pepper and the herbs and sauté. Cut the garlic clove into strips and add. Now add the two cans of tomatoes and bring everything to the boil, add a pinch of sugar and season again and season if necessary.

Carrots – zucchini – noodles

  1. Clean the carrots and cut into strips. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the carrot strips. In the meantime, cut the zucchini into strips.
