Zucchini Spaghetti with Prawns
The perfect zucchini spaghetti with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack (Tk / 225 g Einwaage ) Garnelenschwänze / Provencal ( Hier: Von ALDI Nord !
- 500 g Zucchini (here: 2 pieces)
- 1 Large clove of garlic
- 1 piece Ginger the size of a walnut
- 1 Small red chilli pepper
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 2 Pointed basil for garnish
- 1 Spiral cutter
- Put the Provencal prawn tails frozen in a heated, coated pan and sear for approx. 4 – 5 minutes, turning continuously, and then remove them from the pan. Cut the zucchini into spaghetti with the spiral cutter. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Heat the oil (4 tbsp) in the pan and stir-fry the garlic clove cubes with the ginger cubes and the chilli pepper cubes. Add the zucchini spaghetti and stir-fry for about 2 – 3 minutes and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) and sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp). Add / fold in the fried prawn tails, heat briefly and serve the zucchini spaghetti with prawns, garnished with basil.
