Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g apple, grated or apple sauce
- 4 eggs
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour or other wholemeal flour
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground or other ground nuts
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Wholesome, super simple and healthy bread for all occasions!
Beat the grated apple or applesauce with the eggs until fluffy. Sift the flour and baking powder together with the oats, nuts, and cinnamon and stir in. Bake in a loaf pan at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes (test with a skewer). Then remove from the pan and let cool.
