Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef, seasoned (Çiğ Köfte) from the Turkish grocery store
  • 300 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 serving of yufka pastry sheets
  • 1 tomato(s), diced
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

easy and fast

Fry the kofte. When it’s almost done, add the tomato pieces and fry briefly. Meanwhile, crumble the feta cheese. Let the kofte cool and mix it with the feta cheese. Spread out a yufka leaf on each sheet and add a tablespoon of the kofte mixture, then roll up the dough. Fry briefly on all sides. Be careful while frying; stay with the meat at all times, otherwise the meat will burn quickly. I chose special kofte because it’s already seasoned.
