Turkish meatballs

Make a minced meat dough from the ingredients listed above. Form the dough into small, flat, oval meatballs (köfte). Grease a baking sheet with oil, arrange the finished kofte on it, and bake in the oven at 200°C, turning occasionally. The baking time varies; the important thing is that the minced meat is no longer raw; the kofte should have a dark brown color. It’s best to try it yourself. You can eat them with tzatziki (cacik), but I also like them simply with mustard and some flatbread (pide), and salad on the side.
