Bottomless Cheesecake: Mix in Just Three Minutes

The perfect bottomless cheesecake: mix in just three minutes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 125 g Semolina
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 750 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Lemon
  1. Mix the eggs, sugar and butter with the mixer. If you want the cheesecake a little fluffier, separate the eggs beforehand and beat the egg white with the sugar until stiff – and then fold in the mixture. Then add the semolina, custard powder, quark, baking powder, salt and lemon zest.
  2. Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 170 degrees for an hour.
  3. If you want, you can refine the cheesecake with nuts or cocoa powder. Berries can also be mixed well with the batter. Don’t take too much of it, however, or the cake will be mushy.
