Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 eggs
- 250 g dried meat, cut into small cubes
- Salt
- pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Coarsely grate the potatoes. Slice the leek into small, fine rings and mix with the potatoes. Add the eggs, spices, and dried beef. Pour the mixture into a well-greased casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
