Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large pickled cucumbers
- 1 bunch of dill
- 50 g butter or oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ cup sour cream
- 100 g bacon, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sauté the chopped onion and bacon in fat. Add the peeled, seeded, and sliced cucumbers. Simmer over low heat until the cucumbers are translucent. Add salt, pepper, sugar, dill, and wine. Mix the flour with cold water and use it to thicken the vegetables. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Serve with boiled potatoes and meatballs.
