Braised Kohlrabi with Herbs

The perfect braised kohlrabi with herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 greater Kohlrabi fresh
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 tsp Dried herbs of Provence
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small pieces. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and briefly stew the kohlrabi in it. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the herbs and a little salt, pepper and sugar. Then serve.
