Braised Kohlrabi with Herbs
The perfect braised kohlrabi with herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 greater Kohlrabi fresh
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 1 tsp Dried herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small pieces. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and briefly stew the kohlrabi in it. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the herbs and a little salt, pepper and sugar. Then serve.
