Mushroom pan and cucumber toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small can of mushrooms, whole heads, drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s), red, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 slices wholemeal toast
  • 2 servings of cream cheese
  • some cucumber(s), some slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

my super quick and light lunch

Heat the oil in a pan. First, add the onions and sauté until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and sauté everything for a bit. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Meanwhile, toast the bread, spread with cream cheese, and top with the cucumber slices. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with the mushrooms. I think it’s delicious, light, and quick, and you don’t have to feel guilty about your health with this dish at all…
