Ingredients
- 1 Salarico
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Garlic clove pressed
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce sweet
- 150 ml Meatsoup
- Corn starch
- Sichuan pepper

- salarico is a cross between iceberg and romaine lettuce .... salarico is a fairly firm salad
preparation
- Cut the lettuce into strips .... wash and shake dry
- cut the chilli in half lengthways, remove the skins and seeds ..... wash and cut into strips
- heat the oil in a pan ..... fry the minced meat in it until crumbly
- Add the prepared onion cubes, garlic and chilli strips and sauté
- add the salad ... sauté too ... season with szechuan pepper
- Add the soy sauce and meat stock and cook covered for about 5 minutes
- Whisk the moon amine with a little water and use it to bind the salad pan to taste
- Season to taste again and serve with mie noodles
