  • 1 Salarico
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Garlic clove pressed
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce sweet
  • 150 ml Meatsoup
  • Mondamin to taste
  • Szechuan pepper

Info:

  1. salarico is a cross between iceberg and romaine lettuce …. salarico is a fairly firm salad

preparation

  1. Cut the lettuce into strips …. wash and shake dry
  2. cut the chilli in half lengthways, remove the skins and seeds ….. wash and cut into strips
  3. heat the oil in a pan ….. fry the minced meat in it until crumbly
  4. Add the prepared onion cubes, garlic and chilli strips and sauté
  5. add the salad … sauté too … season with szechuan pepper
  6. Add the soy sauce and meat stock and cook covered for about 5 minutes
  7. Whisk the moon amine with a little water and use it to bind the salad pan to taste
  8. Season to taste again and serve with mie noodles
