Braised Salad with Ground Beef

  • 1 Salarico
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Garlic clove pressed
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce sweet
  • 150 ml Meatsoup
  • Corn starch
  • Sichuan pepper



  • salarico is a cross between iceberg and romaine lettuce .... salarico is a fairly firm salad


  • Cut the lettuce into strips .... wash and shake dry
  • cut the chilli in half lengthways, remove the skins and seeds ..... wash and cut into strips
  • heat the oil in a pan ..... fry the minced meat in it until crumbly
  • Add the prepared onion cubes, garlic and chilli strips and sauté
  • add the salad ... sauté too ... season with szechuan pepper
  • Add the soy sauce and meat stock and cook covered for about 5 minutes
  • Whisk the moon amine with a little water and use it to bind the salad pan to taste
  • Season to taste again and serve with mie noodles
