Pumpkin and Ground Beef Stew

The perfect pumpkin and ground beef stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 500 g Organic minced meat
  • 1 piece Yellow pepper
  • 1 Handful Tomatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 piece Medium onion
  • Fresh ginger to taste
  • 2 El Tomato paste
  • Chopped garlic
  • 2 piece Dried chilli
  • Salt, pepper, allspice powder, thyme
  • Olive oil
  • 1 corner Cream cheese
  1. Fry the minced meat in hot olive oil, then add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Then briefly toast the tomato paste. Salt the minced meat a little. Then add the pumpkin cut into cubes and the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the diced paprika and the quarter-cut tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally stir in the processed cheese, then the stew will be nice and creamy and then season to taste hearty with the spices.
