Ingredients
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 500 g Organic minced meat
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 handful Tomatoes
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Medium onion
- Fresh ginger to taste
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Chopped garlic
- 2 Dried chilli
- Salt, pepper, allspice powder, thyme
- Olive oil
- 1 corner Cream cheese
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat in hot olive oil, then add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Then briefly toast the tomato paste. Salt the minced meat a little. Then add the pumpkin cut into cubes and the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the diced paprika and the quarter-cut tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally stir in the processed cheese, then the stew will be nice and creamy and then season to taste hearty with the spices.
