low-carb

Cut the meat into cubes approximately 1 cm in size. Finely chop or slice the onion and garlic. Remove the stalks from the savoy cabbage, quarter it, and cut it into strips approximately 1 cm wide. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wide pot. Brown the chicken cubes. When they start to brown, add the onions. When the onions are translucent, add the garlic and savoy cabbage. Fry everything for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the spices, and cover the pan. Simmer over low heat for approximately 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, roughly chop the peanuts. Stir the cream cheese into the pan. Finally, add the peanuts and season to taste. If you’re not on a low-carb diet, you can serve it with potatoes or rice.
