Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 1 large onion(s), white
- 2 onions, red
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml broth
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
- n. B. Chicken seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the meat, dry it, and sprinkle it with poultry seasoning. Heat a pan with oil and fry the meat on both sides for about 5-6 minutes, then set aside. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and sauté them in the frying fat until softened. Add a little more oil if needed. Dust with flour and deglaze with cream and stock. Stir in the cream cheese and season generously with salt and pepper. Then simmer for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and reheat for about 1 minute.
