Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g king prawns
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50 ml brandy
- 300 g tomatoes
- some flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prawns with Guazetto
Peel and devein the shrimp. Sauté in olive oil. Add the sliced garlic and deseeded, sliced chili peppers and toast. Deglaze with brandy and stir in the peeled, chopped tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the flat-leaf parsley. Delicious with ciabatta as a snack or appetizer.
