Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g king prawns
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 ml brandy
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • some flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prawns with Guazetto

Peel and devein the shrimp. Sauté in olive oil. Add the sliced ​​garlic and deseeded, sliced ​​chili peppers and toast. Deglaze with brandy and stir in the peeled, chopped tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the flat-leaf parsley. Delicious with ciabatta as a snack or appetizer.
