Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g sausages (grilled)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tsp mustard, grainy
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Cut the sausages into pieces and fry them with the mushrooms in heated oil. Wash the tomatoes, add them, and sauté briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, and mustard. Serve with baguette.
