Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 slice(s) of red pepper(s).
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dill, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into strips and fry in hot oil. Season with salt and paprika, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Quarter the cleaned mushrooms, finely slice the bell peppers, dice the onions, and sauté everything in the frying fat for 10 minutes. Pour in the hot meat broth and let the vegetables simmer gently for another 10 minutes. Then add the meat back in and stir in the yogurt. Season again and sprinkle with dill. Serve with rice, fries, boiled potatoes, or simply baguette and a salad.
