Loin with mushroom cream sauce in 10 minutes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pork loin(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the loin into medallions, season with pepper and salt, and sear in a pan with oil and the garlic clove. Fry for 2 minutes on each side, then remove and set aside. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and sauté in the pan. When the mushrooms have reduced in size by about half, stir in the cream and crème fraîche and simmer briefly. Add the medallions to the sauce and heat briefly. Season with salt and serve.
