Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages
  • 1 pkt. puff pastry (frozen)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Snacks for the aperitif

Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out slightly thinner on a floured board. Dry the sausage thoroughly, place them on the dough, and roll them up. Once the sausage is coated in a layer of pastry, cut off the dough and press the seam firmly. Then cut into approximately 2 cm long pieces. Place these vertically on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C for 15-20 minutes. They are best eaten cold as an appetizer. They are also very popular with children.
