Ham – Cheese – Snails

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of dough (ready-made yeast dough from the refrigerated section)
  • 1 bunch of parsley and chives
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 200 g cheese (grated Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

ideal for picnics

Roll out the yeast dough and sprinkle with chopped parsley and chives. Sprinkle with diced ham and cheese. Roll up the dough from the long side. Cut slices about 1.5 cm thick with a sharp knife. Place the slices flat on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The snails can be eaten hot or cold. A cucumber or tomato salad also makes a great addition.
