- 1 bratwurst

Grease a shallow baking dish with oil. Slice the tomatoes, arrange them in the dish, and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the sausage on both sides. Remove the sausage from the pan, drain it of fat on kitchen paper, and set aside. Cook the lasagna sheet in boiling salted water until tender. Remove the sheet from the water using a colander, pat it dry, and place it on the work surface. Spread it with Brunch and pesto. Place the cooked sausage on the bottom of the lasagna sheet and roll it up. Place the rolled sausage on top of the tomatoes in the dish. Grate plenty of Emmental cheese over the lasagna roll so the cheese can run down the sides and prevent the pasta from drying out. Bake the roll in the oven for 20-25 minutes; baking time may vary. Arrange the sausage and tomatoes on a plate, garnish, and serve. This dish has 665 kcal.
