Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 slices of toast
  • some pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

easy and fast

First, fry the bacon slices in a pan. You don’t need to add any oil, otherwise it will be too greasy. While the bacon is frying, peel the banana and cut it in half, then divide the two pieces again. When the bacon is nice and brown, add the banana to a hot pan. Butter is best for this. Add the banana to the pan with its back facing up. While it’s frying, add the toast to the toaster, and when the banana is nice and brown, flip it over. Once it’s nicely browned, add a little more pepper, preferably freshly ground. Place the toast on a plate, top with the bacon and banana, and enjoy.
