Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bratwurst
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium to hot
  • 4 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush the sausages with mustard and coat them in flour. Then fry them in a pan, not overheating. The sausage will be crispy and taste much more savory. It tastes best with fried potatoes and salad.
