Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 slice(s) Leberkäse, coarse
- 1 pair of bratwursts, boiled
- 15 small potatoes, e.g. new potatoes

Pre-cook the potatoes for about 5 minutes. Cut the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and bratwurst into approximately 2 cm thick pieces. Thread the bratwurst, Leberkäse (meatloaf), and potatoes alternately onto metal or well-soaked wooden skewers. Prepare the grill and grill the skewers first indirectly, then briefly over the embers.
