Bratwurst pan with mushrooms and gnocchi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 300 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 g gnocchi, not precooked
  • 2 packs of gravy, for a total of 500 ml
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

when things have to go quickly

Brown the sausage slices in a little hot oil, add the ham cubes and onion. When the onion is translucent, add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with water and add the gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer gently until the gnocchi are cooked. Then stir in the gravy and simmer until the gravy reaches the desired consistency. Serve with a nice salad and you have a delicious and quick meal. You can also add a few herbs.
