Untapping the crab

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g crab meat or crab meat imitation (surimi)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small gherkin(s)
  • 130 g mayonnaise
  • some cucumber water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Spread made from crab meat or surimi

Finely chop or mince all solid ingredients and mix with the mayonnaise. Season the mixture with cucumber juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. If you like, you can also lightly sauté the onion. Serve the spread on baguette.
