Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 glasses of letcho or
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green: any)
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 6 bratwurst
  • Tomato paste
  • Water
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook rice, fry sausage, heat up letcho – or slice peppers lengthwise, mix tomato paste, water and spices like a tomato sauce and add the peppers – done: quick and easy!
