Add a little oil to a pan and fry the sausages until nicely browned on both sides. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, and a few basil leaves. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large cubes, and add them to the sauce. Cook until tender. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Transfer the spaghetti to a large bowl, pour the tomato sauce over it, and mix well. Serve as a starter. We then serve the sausages and potatoes as a main course. Serve with a salad.
