Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 125 g millet
  • 1 bunch of herbs (mint, coriander, chives, parsley)
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, red
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finger food

Soak the millet in water for a few hours and drain the excess water after it has soaked. Finely chop the onion and herbs, crush the garlic, and mix everything with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Form the dough into small balls and fry in oil for a few minutes. Serve with fried eggplant and zucchini.
