  • 100 g sea salt, fine
  • 30 g black pepper, ground
  • 20 g paprika powder, hot
  • 50 g sweet paprika powder

Mix the salt and spices thoroughly and pour into a shaker. It can be used to season any type of meat. Variations: Italian: with dried oregano, rosemary, and basil; French: with herbs de Provence for chicken; mix with curry, etc. – the sky’s the limit. TIP: The pure seasoning mix fits perfectly into a large Tupperware spice container.
