Bread Bags to Fill
The perfect bread bags to fill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spelled flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 go teel. Salt
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- We still had something from the gyros, but I didn’t want to bake flatbread again, so I looked up my Oetker bread baking book. And I found bread bags to fill. And also very easy.
- Mix all ingredients well except for the water.
- Then knead well and slowly pour in the water. Knead everything well for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, preheat the oven to top / bottom heat at 220C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Then knead the dough by hand on a floured surface. Then form 12 balls. Roll out 1/2 cm thick into a small circle. If you look at my rolls, you will know roughly how big.
- Place the rolled out dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and put it in the oven. You have to try, they are fantastic to fill and taste.
