  • 500 g Spelled flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 go teel. Salt
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water

  3. Then knead well and slowly pour in the water. Knead everything well for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, preheat the oven to top / bottom heat at 220C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Then knead the dough by hand on a floured surface. Then form 12 balls. Roll out 1/2 cm thick into a small circle. If you look at my rolls, you will know roughly how big.
  6. Place the rolled out dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and put it in the oven. You have to try, they are fantastic to fill and taste.
