Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 450 g flour
- 1 pack of yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
without salt
Heat the carrot juice and add the yeast. Once the yeast has dissolved, add enough flour until the dough pulls away from the edges and from your fingers. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then shape into loaves or small rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Let rise for another 30 minutes in the oven at 50°C (122°F) with top/bottom heat. Then bake the rolls for 15 minutes at 170°C (350°F). Bake the bread for about 30 minutes.
