Ingredients
 

  • 8 g Oat bran
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 70 g Yogurt
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 5 g Baking soda
  • 10 g Linseed
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds
  • 30 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and work with a hand mixer (dough hook).
  • Cover the baking pan (around 24cm) with baking paper so that the edge is also covered with it.
  • Now add the mixture and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • If it gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
  • I made it after 25 minutes and let it bake again.
