  • 5 g Oat bran
  • 50 g Coconut flour
  • 90 g Strawberries (for dough)
  • 18 piece Strawberries
  • 60 g Milk
  • 25 g Desiccated coconut
  • 35 g Liquid butter
  • 35 g Sweetener
  1. Mix the oat bran and coconut flour
  2. Puree the strawberries with sweetener and add to the coconut / bran mixture and knead by hand.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Wrap the strawberries with the coconut dough.
  5. Always keep your fingers slightly damp. It is best to place a small bowl of water next to you
