Ingredients
 

  • 5 g Oat bran
  • 50 g Coconut flour
  • 90 g Strawberries (for dough)
  • 18 piece Strawberries
  • 60 g Milk
  • 25 g Desiccated coconut
  • 35 g Liquid butter
  • 35 g Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oat bran and coconut flour
  • Puree the strawberries with sweetener and add to the coconut / bran mixture and knead by hand.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Wrap the strawberries with the coconut dough.
  • Always keep your fingers slightly damp. It is best to place a small bowl of water next to you
  • Even as soon as the strawberry is packed, moisten it all over and place in a muffin hood
  • Bake the balls for 10-12 minutes (be careful not to burst)
  • Put liquid butter and desiccated coconut ready.
  • Now carefully coat the balls one after the other with fat and grate or sprinkle over them.
