Ingredients
- 5 g Oat bran
- 50 g Coconut flour
- 90 g Strawberries (for dough)
- 18 piece Strawberries
- 60 g Milk
- 25 g Desiccated coconut
- 35 g Liquid butter
- 35 g Sweetener
Instructions
- Mix the oat bran and coconut flour
- Puree the strawberries with sweetener and add to the coconut / bran mixture and knead by hand.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Wrap the strawberries with the coconut dough.
- Always keep your fingers slightly damp. It is best to place a small bowl of water next to you
- Even as soon as the strawberry is packed, moisten it all over and place in a muffin hood
- Bake the balls for 10-12 minutes (be careful not to burst)
- Put liquid butter and desiccated coconut ready.
- Now carefully coat the balls one after the other with fat and grate or sprinkle over them.
