Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 slices of whole-grain toast
  • 50 g margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 30 g hazelnuts, chopped or almond flakes
  • 200 ml oat milk (oat drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the oat milk and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring everything to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and let everything cool. Cut the slices of bread into triangles and layer them in a baking dish. Pour the oat milk over the slices, making sure to cover all the slices. Decorate with chopped and ground nuts or flaked almonds and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving and eating the pudding.
