Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 point dry yeast
- 375 ml water, warm
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pepper, from the mill
- 1 tbsp chives, dried
- 1 tbsp parsley, dried
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Combine the flour and yeast, add the sugar, salt, pepper, oats, herbs, yogurt, and water, and knead until smooth. Let rise for 5 minutes, then knead briefly again. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a low-heat oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, lift the bread out of the pan and place it on a baking rack to ensure it’s crispy on the bottom. Topped with butter or a spicy spread, it makes a great dinner!
