Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 333 g wheat flour type 405
  • 125 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 1 hour. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes until lightly browned, adding a splash of water if necessary. Then briefly reduce the oven temperature to about 200°C and bake for about 5 minutes, until the rolls reach the desired brown color.
