Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 150 ml sweet chili sauce
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 3 tsp herbs, Italian
  • n. E.g. chili powder or chili sauce
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Adjust the heat to your liking with chili powder or chili sauce. Let it marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Pairs well with grilled meat, salad, and nachos.
