Bread & Rolls: Rye – Bread
The perfect bread & rolls: rye – bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
in
- 100 ml Rice milk
- 250 ml Warm water
dissolve
- 10 g Sugar brown
with
- 500 g Rye flour
Stir and let rise for 30 minutes
- 2 tsp Bread spice
- 2 Handful Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth
add and let rise for 1 hour
- 100 g Rye flour
to it and form a loaf of bread

- Now preheat the oven and bake the bread at 170 degrees for about 5 to 2 hours …
- 2 …. let cool down on a wire rack and enjoy 🙂
- 3rd tip: I like to eat fresh bread with butter (vegan) and radishes, tomatoes or cucumbers … on top of that my homemade salts mmmmmmmmmhhhhh s u p e r 🙂
