The perfect bread & rolls: rye – bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

in

  • 100 ml Rice milk
  • 250 ml Warm water

dissolve

  • 10 g Sugar brown

with

  • 500 g Rye flour

Stir and let rise for 30 minutes

  • 2 tsp Bread spice
  • 2 Handful Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth

add and let rise for 1 hour

  • 100 g Rye flour

to it and form a loaf of bread

  • Sprinkle with water
  1. Now preheat the oven and bake the bread at 170 degrees for about 5 to 2 hours …
  2. 2 …. let cool down on a wire rack and enjoy 🙂
  3. 3rd tip: I like to eat fresh bread with butter (vegan) and radishes, tomatoes or cucumbers … on top of that my homemade salts mmmmmmmmmhhhhh s u p e r 🙂
