Bread & Rolls: Rye – Spelled – Bread

The perfect bread & rolls: rye – spelled – bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 g Yeast
  • 250 ml Warm water
  • 200 g Rye flour
  • 200 g Spelled flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them well together before the moisture comes in. Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the oil and vinegar, add everything to the flour and prepare a dough. Let everything rise for about 1 hour
  2. Then knead the dough again, shape it into a body and put it in an oiled mold. Let it rise for another hour.
  3. Then place the bread in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes and put a bowl of water in the oven.
  4. And if the bread threatens to get too dark, then cover the bread with aluminum foil.
  5. Let the bread cool on a wire rack.
