Ingredients
 

  • 20 g Yeast
  • 250 ml Warm water
  • 200 g Rye flour
  • 200 g Spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them well together before the moisture comes in. Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the oil and vinegar, add everything to the flour and prepare a dough. Let everything rise for about 1 hour
  • Then knead the dough again, shape it into a body and put it in an oiled mold. Let it rise for another hour.
  • Then place the bread in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes and put a bowl of water in the oven.
  • And if the bread threatens to get too dark, then cover the bread with aluminum foil.
  • Let the bread cool on a wire rack.
