Bread Rolls
The perfect bread rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Stale bread
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 1 Carrot
- 10 Stems Wild garlic fresh
- 10 Stems Grated cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes, sauté in a little oil and leave to cool
- Dice the bread and chop in a chopper, place in a bowl.
- Heat the milk, pour it over the bread mixture and let it rest for a while.
- In the meantime, peel the carrot and grate finely, chop the wild garlic.
- Now add the onion and garlic mixture, carrot, wild garlic, egg, flour, salt, pepper and the cheese to the bread mixture, mix everything well and let it rest for a while
- If the mixture is a bit too runny, add some breadcrumbs
- Form meatballs out of the bread mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with hot oil,
- The meatballs taste warm with mashed potatoes and vegetables, but also cold with salad – GOOD APPETITE; 🙂
